Police and law enforcement violence reach es across communities\, institutions\, and legal s ystems. NPAP’s Fall CLE will explore broader strat egies for challenging this misconduct and expandin g accountability.

Drawing on the exper iences of attorneys\, legal workers\, and subject- matter experts from Colorado and the surrounding r egion\, the program will examine practical litigat ion strategies\, landmark regional cases\, and app roaches that members can apply in their own jurisd ictions. Whether you are looking to expand your pr actice or strengthen your existing cases\, this CL E will offer practical skills and lessons from tho se doing this work.

NPAP is a Multiple Activity Provider (M AP) with the State Bar of California and Pennsylva nia\, so this event is automatically accredited in California and Pennsylvania. We will also seek ac creditation in Colorado and update this informatio n once approval is confirmed.

The tota l CLE credit hours\, including any specialty credi ts\, will be announced once the agenda and accredi tation details are finalized.

Most att endees should be able to self-report CLE credit to their own state bars\, and in instances where a s tate bar requires that the event sponsor report on behalf of attendees\, NPAP is happy to assist.

The event will be recorded in its entirety and recordings of each panel will be available to att endees after the event. Retroactive viewing of recordin gs will not be eligible for CLE credit\, as NPAP d oes not have a means of validating attendee partic ipation in this circumstance.
