EVENT DESCRIPTION

Qualified immunity is an inevitable issue at summary judgment in most civil rights cases. This CLE program will help you make the most of discovery so that you can obtain evidence that will help you defeat summary judgment motions. William Most will advise on paper discovery requests and deposition questions you should ask to strengthen your summary judgment responses when qualified immunity is raised. 1.5 hours of CLE credit are available
